Australia Vs Pakistan: David Warner hits 335 runs

  • Warner broke Don Bradman’s 88-year-old record

At a point, David Warner looked to break the highest ever Test score of 400 by Brain Lara, but Australian captain Tim Paine decided to declare the innings at 589 for 3, Warner remained unbeaten 335 off 418 balls. Pakistan finished in deep trouble at 96 for 6 with Mitchel Starc took 4 wickets.

Warner broke Don Bradman’s 88-year-old record for the highest score at Adelaide Oval. Bradman Had scored 299 in 1931, which remained highest individual score at Adelaide Oval. 

Warner’s 335* is also the highest score by any batsman against Pakistan in a test match. Warner beat Virender Sehwag’s 309 in Multan in 2004
